Sinopsis
A sentimental animated short about the donkey Grisella and the orphan boy Tino. The story explores loneliness, grief and the meaning of friendship.
Adapted from the 1955 children's book *Grisella the Donkey* by H.-Maria Denneborg (Cecilia-Dressler). The book was previously filmed for ARD in 1960 and released as a Random House audiobook in 2006; the 2011 Pixable adaptation is the first animated version.
